Free COVID-19 testing is now available for child care facility workers in Mississippi.
The Mississippi State Department of Health announced Wednesday that child care workers can now receive the free drive-through COVID-19 testing at select MSDH community testing locations conducted at county health departments and at the West Street Farmers Market in Jackson.
This represents an expansion of the program that was launched back in August to allow teachers and school staff members to get tested, regardless of exposure or symptoms.
According to MSDH, anyone who wishes to get tested must receive an appointment by completing an online questionnaire – found here.
