Three unidentified Mississippi State football players were injured in a car crash Tuesday night.
The crash took place on Highway 25 in Oktibbeha County when the car collided with the back of an 18-wheeler.
Two of the players are critically injured, while the third, reportedly, has minor injuries.
According to WCBI, a Mississippi State University spokesman said the university “does not have a comment on this matter. We are still consulting with law enforcement authorities and gathering information.”
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
