In Morgantown, Lowe appeared in six games over the past two seasons. He completed his only two pass attempts in a West Virginia uniform during the 2018 Camping World Bowl.
Entering the 2020 season, senior Jack Abraham is set to lead to Golden Eagle offense. Lowe, who will be immediately eligible, joins a crowded QB room as USM’s roster currently lists six other players at the position.
Lowe held an offer from USM when he committed to West Virginia during the 2018 recruiting cycle.
While there is some uncertainly surrounding the college football season, USM is currently set to kick off its 2020 campaign at home on September 3rd against South Alabama.
